A mixed class between Sculpt and Conditioning, consisting of high/medium intensity exercises adaptable to your own fitness levels and capabilities. Comprising of free weights and body weight exercises, these compound movements will leave you feeling pumped with an elevated heart rate for a sweaty, high endurance finish.
