Kettlebells are a fantastic combination of both cardio and strength which will give you a brilliant full body workout and leave you feeling amazing after. Kettlebells are great for improving core strength and amazing for full body toning. Incorporated within this class is 'Core Conditioning', a low impact class is designed to help improve core strength, stability and back health. The core is the central part of your body and is ultimately what you use during all types of exercise and everyday life, so it is important for us to be able to know how to use this muscle component correctly and this class will give you that knowledge.
