Hercules Coaching
Hercules Coaching was formed in January 2020 and offers a weekly track session from 17:00-18:00 on Tuesdays.

Our sessions are fun, supportive, educational, rewarding and will improve your running performance.
These sessions are designed to push you to your limits but are also time based making them suitable for all capabilities.
We want to make you faster and stronger, improving your VO2 Max.
Our Sessions follow a similar format as such:
- Warm Up & Drills, Main Set, Cool Down & Stretches.
Our Sessions are PAYG.
Whatever level you are at, consistency and hard work = results.
